¹³At this Samuel said to Saul: “You have acted foolishly. You have not kept the commandment of Jehovah your God that he commanded you, because, if you had, Jehovah would have made your kingdom firm over Israel to time indefinite.

¹³“You have done a foolish thing,” Samuel said. “You have not kept the command the LORD your God gave you; if you had, he would have established your kingdom over Israel for all time.

¹³En esto Samuel dijo a Saúl: “Has obrado tontamente. No has guardado el mandamiento de Jehová tu Dios que él te mandó, porque, si lo hubieras guardado, Jehová hubiera hecho firme tu reino sobre Israel hasta tiempo indefinido.
